DJ Square Infraa is a real estate builder and developer operating in Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Alongside our own projects we provide real estate marketing, channel partner services and joint development with landowners.

This website is a marketing and information platform. It exists so you can see what we build, understand what we offer, and start a conversation with us. It is not a transaction platform: no property can be bought, booked, reserved or paid for through it.

Everything published on this website — project descriptions, plans, images, specifications, amenities, availability, price indications and construction rates — is provided for general information. It is an invitation to enquire, not a legal offer, and it does not create a contract or a binding commitment of any kind.

• Availability and pricing change. Units, plots, prices, payment plans and offers shown here can change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Always confirm the current position with our team before you act on it.
• Partner projects are clearly marked. Projects we market as a channel partner carry “in partnership with” the builder concerned. For those projects that builder is the promoter, is responsible for construction, approvals, quality and delivery, and is the party you contract with. We act as a marketing and sales partner only.
• Verify RERA details at source. Where a project is RERA-registered, the registration number is published so you can verify it on the relevant State RERA authority's own portal. Please do verify it there rather than relying on this website.
• Construction rates are indicative. Any per-sq.ft rate shown is a starting point for a standard specification. Your actual cost depends on specification, design, site conditions, approvals and statutory charges, and is confirmed only in a written quotation.

When you submit a form or ask us to call you back, you confirm that:

• You are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract.
• The details you provide are accurate, and the phone number is yours or one you are authorised to give us.
• You consent to being contacted about your enquiry by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email — including if your number is registered on the DND registry — and you may withdraw that consent at any time.

We handle what you submit as set out in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right not to respond to enquiries that are abusive, automated, or plainly not genuine.

No booking is confirmed and no unit is held until we have issued you a written confirmation and received payment as set out in it.

Cancellation, refund and transfer terms are those set out in your booking form or agreement. They are not governed by this page.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or third-party details through our forms, or use them to send unsolicited or abusive content.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, index beyond normal search engine crawling, flood, or otherwise overload this website or its forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website, our internal systems or any other user's data, or probe or test their security without our written permission.
• Copy or reuse our content, photographs, plans or branding for commercial purposes, or present yourself as an agent, representative or authorised channel partner of DJ Square Infraa without a written appointment from us.
• Use this website for anything unlawful or in breach of applicable Indian law.

We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.

The DJ Square Infraa name, logo, and the text, photographs, renders, plans, videos, layout and design of this website belong to us or to our licensors and partners, and are protected by Indian copyright and trademark law.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use in evaluating our projects. Anything beyond that — reproducing, republishing, distributing or adapting our content, or using our marks — needs our written permission first.

Partner and third-party marks

Builder names, project names and logos belonging to our channel partners appear on this website to identify those projects. They remain the property of their respective owners and their presence does not imply any endorsement beyond the partnership described.

This website links to, and embeds, content we do not control — location maps, walkthrough videos, partner builders' sites, property portals, RERA portals and social media. We include them for your convenience.

We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or practices. Following a link takes you outside our terms and under theirs.

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses, or that every detail on it is current at the moment you read it.

To the fullest extent Indian law permits, DJ Square Infraa is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website, or from reliance on information published on it.

Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects the rights and obligations set out in a signed agreement between us or under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and the rules under it.

We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of this website — or these terms — at any time. The version published on this page is the version that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Disputes concerning a RERA-registered project remain subject to the remedies available under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 before the relevant State authority.
